Excellent shot! My first thought (besides - MAN I WISH THAT HAD BEEN ME TAKING THAT SHOT!!!!) was "Maestro!" He looks like he's about to conduct a cricket symphony orchestra!
What a cool BUG! ;)
The PHANTOM bug muncher returns! *insert wicked laugh here*
I have a question for you about Mary Pope Osborne books. I remember reading a post a while back that said you use some of her books, but skip others. I was wondering if you could tell which ones you use or what ones you skip. Thanks for all your help! I love your blog and it is a great encouragement to me! -Rachel
Looks like it's raising its hands to the LORD! I saw something similar yesterday and wished for a good camera. We caught a crayfish in the creek here, and when scared, it lifted up its claws and posed like that. There were different colors on the tips, and all together it was just beautiful.
can't remember off the top of my head and all of our books are packed up in boxes right now. I urge you to proofread them yourself. Your standards may be different than mine. I also freely use white out in books for young children, so I may have whited out some parts but kept certain books from the series. I do remember skipping the Egyptian one, but that's all I can remember. : (
Oh, I like that! It made me smile.
ReplyDeleteI love that picture! It's so fun.

ReplyDeleteOh...
ReplyDeletea photographer's dream!
I hope the person who took that shot realizes what a fortunate opportunity that was!
