How do you make these costumes? We are reading through the Hobbit as a family right now and my kids would love to have costumes like this!

The kids got up at midnight for a reading of THE HOBBIT with candles, LOTR music and tea with hobbit food. Bryana read in a British accent. Lots of fun.
