  1. Have a nice time!

I wanted to ask you a question about AO placement. My children are 12, 11, 9, 6 and 4.

The 12 and 6 yr olds will turn 13 and 7 within 2 weeks.

I am thinking of placing my 12 and 11 in Year 4 and my 9 and 6 in Year 1.

My older 3 (12, 11, 9) are used to twaddle (came from public school just this past March). 12 and 11 both spelling/read well. 9 reads and spells quite well, but is very lacking in writing/grammar, etc... Do you feel this would be a good placement? Being new to this, I felt that combining would be best ?

    Thank you.

  2. I am thrilled that you are in the Home Educating Family Magazine!!! Hurray! Keep publishing and getting what you are instructing and sharing on your blog out. It seems that there are so many mothers who NEED what you have to say. SOOO, I will pray that after the "fishing" trip and moving in and the 1,000 other things you are needing to complete you will get to that book someday! :) Blessings to you! Queen Lucy

  5. Thanks for all the well wishes! We are back but so busy I am hardly online this summer.

    Dawne,
I no longer keep up with the AO lists. You will get better advice about placement over at the AO yahoo help group.

    Warmly,
