I keep this quote in the front of my plan book in big bold letters-- a continual reminder to keep our homeschool a place of joyful learning.

If we, in our efforts to educate our children, have somehow wounded or killed the natural God-given curiosity that every child is born with, we must revive it! The schedule can wait. Serious contemplation on mom's part must be done to discover a remedy. Fortunately, there is always one.
