Progress Report Card

Below is the progress report that I use every term. I made this after going over Charlotte Mason's comments about examinations. We don't HAVE to do this as homeschoolers, but my children beg for them. They feel more like the children in our village when they can say they received a report card. We have examinations twice a year. I do this for the children's benefit as well as mine. They love to showcase to mom and dad and the grandparents what they have learned and it cements the last twelve weeks in their minds as well as revealing my weak spots. This will lose some of it's original formatting, so I have taken the lines away that would be under the terms. Also, if a student did not study a particular subject for the year I just put NA on the line (not applicable).
